greyhoundracingapi.com is operated by DeveloperData.net, Empire Tower, 41st Floor, Unit 4106-7, South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120, Thailand ("we"). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.
1. The account
One person or one business per account, with true details. Keep your API keys to yourself: you are responsible for everything done with them.
2. Plans and billing
The free key, Race Pass and Archive Pass give the access shown on pricing. The passes are monthly, paid through Stripe, and renew each month until cancelled. A price change is announced before it applies, and only from the next month. The refund rules are on refunds.
3. Fair use
Your plan's limits are the fair-use line: its calls per minute and per day, shown in plans and limits. Getting around them is not allowed: several free accounts for one person, sharing a key, rotating keys to reset a limit, or automating the site around the API. We may slow, pause or close an account that does this.
4. The data: use it, do not replicate it
Use what the API gives you in your own work, apps and sites, and show results to your own users. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the data itself, in bulk or through an API or feed of your own. You may not download it in bulk to rebuild the database, or use it to build a competing product.
5. Acceptable use
Nothing unlawful. No probing or load-testing our systems without asking first. No attempts to reach another member's data.
6. Accuracy
The data is given as it is, gathered with care, without a warranty that it is complete or free of mistakes. Racing data is factual data, not financial or betting advice.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running and show its state on status, but promise no uptime.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost data.
9. Suspension and closing
We can pause or close an account that breaks these terms; a serious breach can be acted on without notice. An account closed for a breach is not refunded. You can close your account any time (see privacy).
10. Changes to these terms
The new version is posted here with its date. A change that matters is emailed to members before it applies.
11. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction. Questions go through support.
